JESUS JOY OF THE ANGELS
A bud the Gardener gave us
A pure and lovely child.
He gave it to our keeping,
To cherish undefiled.
But just as it was opening
To the glory of the day, Down came the
Heavenly Gardener
And took our bud away.
O sweet little angel pray for us and
through thy prayers intercede to the
Sacred Heart of Jesus
that through His burning heart of love,
He may lead us through this life
and help us overcome the
temptations which may befall us.
"Sweet Heart of Jesus, I implore
that I may love Thee more and more".
My Jesus for Thee I live;
My Jesus for Thee I die; My Jesus
I am Thine in life and death."
